The CHAI B-640-1920 is a next-generation, science-grade hyperspectral imager which covers the full spectral range with dual VIS-SWIR and MW-LWIR spectrometers. The The VIS-SWIR bands are covered by monolithic FBX CMOS and SWIR HgCdTe FPA (1920 pixels) covering from 380-2500 nm. The MWIR and LWIR incorporate 640×512/25 micron pitch InSb and HgCdTe FPAs. The system is fully boresighted for the VIS-SWIR-MWIR-LWIR spectral range.

Applications

  • Earth Science
  • Aerial Survey
  • Airborne natural resource exploration
  • Utility corridor mapping (under a helicopter)
